• Who We Are?

Develop new products relentlessly to meet growing market needs.

Where does our core technical strength come from?

Cai Sheng-nian,A senior specialist in solenoid valve research and development, he holds a PhD in System Development Engineering from Shinshu University (Japan) and a professorial rank, with decades of experience in developing and industrializing solenoid valves and other electrical engineering products.

Professor Cai has served as an engineer at Shenyang Diesel Engine Factory and a technical specialist at Japan’s Shinwa Control Systems Co., Ltd., focusing on customized R&D of solenoid valves. He has also been a professor at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology and Xiamen Institute of Technology. To date, he has developed more than 30 types of high-end products such as solenoid valves for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, satellite attitude control electromagnetic actuators and explosion-proof solenoid valves.

During his tenure at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, Professor Cai founded the Institute of Electromagnetic Technology and served as its director. He led the development of solenoid valves for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and miniature high-frequency solenoid valves, driving technological progress of domestic solenoid valves and filling the relevant technological gaps in China.

After joining Hongmen, he took up the position of Chief Expert of the R&D Center, mainly providing guidance for the R&D of the company's high-end solenoid valve products. In response to the strong market demand for domestically manufactured high-end solenoid valves for industrial process control, he pioneered optimized engineering design methods for solenoid valve development and established a technical platform for high-end solenoid valve R&D. Major breakthroughs have been achieved in core technologies including low energy consumption, long service life and high stability. The newly developed process control solenoid valves feature low energy consumption and long service life, which have filled the domestic gaps and realized import substitution.

As an inventor, he has been granted a total of 14 patents, including 1 Japanese invention patent and 13 Chinese patents. From 1999 to 2007, he was awarded the President's Award of Shinwa Control Systems Co., Ltd. (Japan) on three occasions for his outstanding contributions to the development of special miniature solenoid valves, such as those for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and electromagnetic actuators for satellite attitude control. He is listed as the first inventor of the Japanese invention patent (Patent No.: JP398099).

Professor Cai masters cutting-edge technologies in the field of solenoid valves and boasts extensive experience in R&D and achievement commercialization both at home and abroad. As a leading expert in this industry, he oversees the development of the company's core products and drives the technological advancement of domestic high-end solenoid valves.
